Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days following receipt

Postage of returns are free. You should use the original packaging and the reusable bag your order arrived in. Please use the returns label provided and cover the original address label up with this, to avoid any confusion.

It is essential you complete and include the returns form provided. Without this we are unable to refund you as we will not know who you are!

Please note we do not accept returns if the items have been worn, washed or have name labels attached to then.

Please ensure you get and keep proof of delivery when you send a return back to us.

Refund

On receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund you via your original payment method.

Please allow 2 days for the return to reach us plus up to a further 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange.  Please return your original item per the return process and place a new order.
